This Privacy Policy applies to WebScorePro (webscorepro.ca) and Calla Digital (calladigital.ca), both owned and operated by Calla Digital, a Canadian digital marketing business based in Alberta. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Calla Digital.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
WebScorePro (webscorepro.ca)
- Website URL — you enter a URL to scan. This is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API and our own backend to analyze your website's publicly accessible HTML.
- Email address — only collected if you voluntarily request an emailed score report. Used solely to send that report.
Calla Digital Website (calladigital.ca)
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, business name, and your message when you reach out through our contact or discovery call forms.
- Website audit form submissions — name (optional), email address, and your website URL when you request a free website snapshot report.
We do not collect payment information, social insurance numbers, or other sensitive personal data through these tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the service you requested (a score report, an email report, or a discovery call confirmation)
- To follow up on your inquiry if you submitted a discovery call request
- To improve our tools and understand how they are used in aggregate
- To send transactional emails (score reports, booking confirmations) — we do not send unsolicited marketing email
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our tools:
- Google PageSpeed Insights API — your submitted URL is sent to Google to retrieve performance and SEO data. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data processed by their API.
- Supabase — our backend infrastructure and database, hosted in the United States. Form submissions are stored in Supabase. See their Privacy Policy.
- Resend — our transactional email provider. Your email address and report content are passed to Resend to deliver emails. See their Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — our website hosting platform. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request path) may be collected by Vercel as part of hosting. See their Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — website audit reports may be generated using Claude, an AI service by Anthropic. Submitted URLs and publicly accessible page data may be processed. See their Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Lead and form submission data stored in our database is retained for business purposes (follow-up, service delivery, and analytics). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@calladigital.ca.
We do not retain WebScorePro scan results on a per-user basis unless you submit your email address for a report.
Cookies and Analytics
WebScorePro and calladigital.ca do not currently use analytics tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Standard web server logs may be retained by our hosting providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.
If we introduce analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and we will provide notice on the applicable site.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights (Canadian Privacy Law)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data

Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and access-controlled backend services to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
